"No, its 'k" he said, rising ot his feet. He looked into the darkness of the forest and wished he oculd be enveloped into it. "Want to go for a walk?' he asked, wodnerign if she owuld tal to him again.

Ellie stood up and linked hands with him, the way best friends do and followed his gaze. "Walking is good" she replied, worrying about what he was thinking, as close as they were he neer told her his secrets, it worried her sometimes about all the things he had locked inside him

"Forest? Or up back ot the school, both are pretty logn walks." he replied to her acceptance. he held her hand and looked both ways, wondering what her choice would be.

"Whichever" she replied, she didn't ever care where she went, as long as it was somewhere. "I don't mind" She looked back at the school people were starting to come out now the weather was getting warmer again after a cold morning. "The forest" she said, not wanting to go through all the students

"Sure," he said, leading her towards the dark place. He saw the path and veered towards it.

Ellie followed him, as much as she hated the forest, she hated busy places more. She walked along the path, constantly thinking someone was watching her as they walked in silence....

"You ok?" Darius asked, totally in his element. He loved the forest but noticing Ellie's silence worried him.

She nodded and smiled, "Yeah" she replied, she wasn't quite as at ease with the forest as Darius but she could handle it, it was still the day after all

"We could go to the lake, its less crowded than the castle and nicer than here." Darius suggested, still picking up a uneasy vibe from her.

She shrugged, shrugging off the arkward feeling with it, "I don't mind, where ever suits you" she replied, she wasnt gonna inconvienience anyone

"I don't mind." Darius replied, he hated to make others uneasy so if she was uneasy he was annoyed. "I just want to be with you." he added.

Ellie smiled and squeezed his hand gently, "I don't mind" she said honestly, looking up at him. "As long as you're good I am"

"I'm tired, but good." Darius replied, remembering last night when he had gone walking with Chloe, when she broke down about the death of her family.

"Good" she said with a smile, she was tired herself, but she hadn't been sleeping well recently. Her homework load was building now she was fourth year and she was just in over her head with everything

Darius looked around and the trees were getting tighter and more packed together, but lookign up he could see the dark sky pushing through. "Dinner will be nearly over." he suggested, in a way to get her to go back up with him.
