Elizabeth wandered around the dungeons, alone. It was late at night and she couldn't sleep. She loved to explore the castle in the middle of the night just like her father used to do. She thought it was kind of rewarding in a way, to find a place she'd never been. She smiled to herself and continued to walk down the candlelit corridor. Liz jumped when she heard the faintest sound of footsteps behind her.

David had just finished his lesson plans for the next day and grabbed his trenchcoat, heading out of his office. He had been asked to chaperone some Halloween party coming up for the students and gladly accepted. He was actually pretty surprised they wanted him to.
As he left his office he quietly shut the door behind him and looked further down the hall, spotting Elizabeth. He smiled and crept up behind her, giving her a small kiss on the cheek before standing in front of her. "Exploring the dungeons at this time of night?" He said to her.
((Sorry I haven't been on))

Elizabeth smiled. "I couldn't sleep," She answered. "Walking around always seems to calm me down. What are you doing out here?"

David scanned the room, making sure no one was around. "Me? I just finished up some Professor type things that had to get done, when I spotted a beautiful young woman walking around the dungeons." He smiled towards her, running a hand through his slightly locks of hair.

"You must be a very lucky man," She said jokingly. "What does this girl look like? Should I be worried?" Elizabeth continued softly.

David smiled, showing his charming smile. "Well, she looks a lot older than most might think, very mature and beautiful. She has gorgeous eyes that I would pay to look into every day." He looked deep into her eyes while he said this. "The only problem is, she's much too young for me and one of her friends knows about us and has been giving me an awful lot of trouble in class.." He stopped.

"She's not that much younger," Elizabeth protested. "But she's sorry her friend is causing you trouble in class. She really cares about you." She continued in a whisper.

David gave a soft smile. "Her friend just wants what's best for her I think, and some wouldn't agree to this kind of relationship, though I find it pretty exciting. And I hope she knows I care about her too." He finished, hoping no one was around this time.

"She knows," Elizabeth replied with a small smile.

David looked down at her with honest eyes and looked behind him before giving her a soft kiss. Everything seemed to be perfect, but wished they didn't have to wait until no one was around.

She kissed him back tenderly. Somehow their relationship was bittersweet to Elizabeth, she knew they could never tell or risk being expelled in her case or fired in David's. A hot tear rolled down her face. She brushed it off, embarassed.

He noticed her tear and took a step back, wondering what was wrong, expecting the worst. "Are you okay Elizabeth?" He asked with concern.

"No, it's nothing. I'm sorry - it's just, we can't tell anyone and sometimes in Potions classes I just get, I don't know, it's just hard to hide it." She sighed. "Sorry I kind of ruined the mood a little bit there."[/color]

David brushed her cheek lightly with his hand, sighed, and replaced his hand back down by his side. "Yeah, I know. That's the exact reason I never call on you in class anymore." He laughed. "You didn't ruin any mood, that would be impossible for you to do." He smiled.

She put her hands on his chest and fingered his shirt's buttons absentmindedly while staring into his eyes. "Are you afraid I'll say something that has nothing to do with potions?" She laughed.
