Name: Ryan Lowe
Age: 16
Year: Sixth
House: Slytherin || Gryffindor
Birthday: 6th of July
Parents: Ian || Cassandra Lowe
History: Ryan was born to the Lowe family on July 6th in Caboolture, Australia. His parents refused to find out what gender their new-born child was going to be, wanting to be pleasantly surprised at its arrival. When they discovered it was a boy, his father couldn't be any happier.
From the time Ryan could crawl he was constantly causing trouble whether it was breaking or hiding important things around the house or messing around with his four older siblings. Yes, he was youngest in his family and the last child Cassandra ever had. He wasn't born into a very wealthy family, but they could always get bread onto the table.
In the summer before he was heading into his third year of Hogwarts, he awoke one morning to a letter in his mother's handwriting basically saying she couldn't handle the pressure and stress of being a mother and left the house earlier that morning. His father tried to find her for some odd years before finally giving up in his search. He tried his best to take care of his family, but with four kids and a low paying job, he turned to drinking to solve his problems.
It wasn't very surprising to anyone that Ryan took up the drinking habit of his father and getting drunk became a normal routine. His father could care less, and in fact, encouraged a lot of it.
Bloodline: Half-Blood; His mother was a witch and his father was a muggle.
Appearance: Ryan has jet-black hair that hangs over his eyes slightly. He doesn't care what he looks like and will get out of bed and head straight out of bed without even a glance in a mirror. He has his own individual style but mostly wears band t-shirts or ones with weird sayings along with a pair of faded tight jeans.
Appearance:
Personality: Ryan has a fun-loving side of him that most people take a liking to. He will do anything crazy and things that most people wouldn't. Surprisingly, he's very loyal to his friends and would take care of any of them.
On the other hand though, he has a fiery temper that could set off in a moments notice. He's been known to have detention much of the time and will sock anyone for talking bad about one of friends.
Roleplay Sample:
Ryan rubbed his hands together as he walked through the streets of Diagon Alley in search of his destination. Even though it past Christmas it was still fairly cold sometimes. As he walked past The Leaky Cauldron as he could hear all the sounds and chattering of the customers in there as he came to a stop just outside the Hogs Head. It was Friday night at Hogwarts and one of the things that Ryan liked to do was go for a drink sometime in the weekends to break up the routine of finishing homework, Great Hall for lunch and classes, most days there was nothing to do but sit up in the Ravenclaw Common room bored out of his skull... surrounded by excited and chattery Ravvies, but bored.
So he pushed the door open and he stepped inside. He usually preferred the Hogs head as it was quieter and that’s the way he liked it. It wasn’t too crowded with students this time. He was glad of this it was one of the main reasons why Ryan didn’t venture into the Hogs Head too often as every square inch was usually taken up by first years, he didn’t mind that at all, but they were too noisy.
Just the other day he had received a letter from his family letting him know that both his parents were going to be spending the Christmas period in Spain of all places, this meant that he could be spending his Christmas time stuck in Hogwarts, a lot more students were going home this year due to the weather being as harsh as it was. He couldn’t blame them though thought Ryan; many of them were used to warmer climates.
Ryan reached the door as he gripped the doorknob and stepped inside as he closed the door behind him and walked on towards one of the window booths to claim the table and so he could admire the view. He had seen it hundreds of times before but it never ceased to amaze him.
He slid into the booth and reached over the table for the pub menu, and his face disappeared behind it second later so he didn’t see the person approaching his table after him.
