The room began to spin, colors fading into darkness right in front of his eyes. The next thing Harry knew he was in a hospital bed surrounded by his friends, he tried to speak but no words seemed to form, though everyone seemed to be saying the exact same thing; Harry Potter had defeated Lord Voldemort.
After each of the trio's final year at Hogwarts they each began to seek out families. Here's how it worked out;
Harry Potter + Ginny Weasley = 2 Children {One boy, One girl}
Draco Malfoy + Hermione Granger (Bet You Didn't Expect That One) = 3 Children {Two boys, One girl}
Ron Weasley + Luna Lovegood = 4 Children {Two twin girls, two boys}

Of course all of the other canon characters created families for themselves, but not much was said. I'll leave them up to you.
Though the dark lord was defeated, peace still can't be found over all of the wizarding world. There was a slight problem in the death of Voldemort; he had some followers, okay a lot of followers. They, of course, rebelled and seeked vengence and rumors are spread around that they are awaiting the perfect moment to get their revenge. Fear can be sensed from afar, and wizards fear that no one can ever trully be safe. You haven't heard the last of the Death Eaters. Who will have the last laugh? Where will your loyalty fall?
