[Darius Malfoy]

"Hey!" Darius said defensively, "I was apologising for taking you from your date." he explained. At her question he feigned thinking and said "Anyone which is female and can dance." he joked, he actually had no idea whether he should ask Ellie.

Ellie laughed, "Chill Darius" she said with a smile. "All the females in this school that can dance happen to have dates" she replied, not counting herself in this category, "Except me, 'cos no guy would like me enough and Elijah will ask another girl by then" she said and shrugged, she always had her friends, that was what mattered

[Darius Malfoy]

"We'll go to the Halloween one together, hand in hand." Darius beamed. the way he said it was friendly, and only suggested friendship.

"Yeah" she laughed and linked hands with him, in a friends way only, even if she was starting to think of him as more. "Is there a Hallowe'en one?" she asked, not actually sure

[Darius Malfoy]

"Well if not, we'll go to whatever they set up." he laughed, feeling her hand in his. "Even without music I'll dance with you." he smiled.

Ellie smiled, "Thanks" she said simply. She leant against the tree behind her and looked up at the sky. Several birds flew over the lake and she watched them wistfully, wishing she could just fly away from her problem, even if only for a few minutes. She looked up to Darius, "I'mgonna hold you to that" she said with a smile

"i just hope you don't get a better offer." He retorted, his eyes twinkling happily. "If so, I migth have to fight for you." he laughed, pretending to sword fight with the air.

"Who could be better than you?" she asked with a smile. She pretended to dodge the sword, "Just don't accidentally hit me with that sword of yours" she laughed

[Darius Malfoy]

"Everyone." Darius smiled, pretending to throw the sword, nudging a rock by his feet making it fall into the lake with a splash (so it seemed the sword had done it.). "Of course, every male, I mean." he added.

[Eleanor Smith]

She shook her head, "Nah, you are way better than any of the guys here" she said with a smile, meaning it. She watched the rock sink down into the Lake and skimming her own over the surface. As she leant forward her hair fell across her face, meaning she flicked it back as she sat up.

The hair hit him in the face and he laughed as it did, coughing as it left his mouth "Blah" he called out, licking his tongue uncomfortably.

Ellie blushed and smiled apologetically, "Sorry, that's why I wear my hair back" she said and immediatly tied it back with a band from her wrist.

Crystal walked out and looked around, she flicked back her hair, so it didnt blow in her face, the sun shown through and she did a cartweel to show her emotions, woundering around she looked to what she could find

Darius laughed, "It was fine." he called as she fixed up her hair. He looked around to Ellie when eh saw a 3rd year not far from them. "Thirdy..." he muttered, pointing her out.

Ellie turned and spotted Crystal. She didn't want anyone to come interrupt her ocnversation, she was happy being with Darius. "I'm only a year above them you know, even if my birthday is earlier" she reminded him
